About me

I have studied & practiced photography for about 8 years. Unlike most of my colleagues, I continue to practice traditional film photography. I recently started to transition to the digital medium within the past year. I am not an artist who is motivated by financial gain or compensation. As anyone who has collaborated with me will tell you, I practice art for the sake of art. I believe that if you get to know who you're working with, and can represent those idiosyncratic characteristics in a photograph, you will produce the most aesthetically pleasing, captivating and meaningful artwork. I am simply driven and inspired by the unknown that art has (and continues to) take me. From meeting fascinating people, to traveling to beautiful natural landscapes around the world, my motivation lies in sharing these experiences through imagery displayed in art shows & 'Art Zines' throughout Southern California.
