About me

Julien is a Swiss photographer currently living in Shoreditch, London. Heavily influenced by the B&W works of William Klein, Julien finds his passion for photography during a summer in NYC. After moving to London the same year, he starts pursuing a degree in Finance, but the vibrant area in which he lives has a huge impact on him. While exploring his surroundings, he discovers the underground scene of East London and the street art movement. Photography is a means for Julien to nourish his curiosity and escape materialism. His last works reflect a blend of trashy elegance and visual poetry that provoke and shock. He has recently turned to fashion photography and experiments a new way for him to express his art through portraiture and studio work.
