As a photographer, I look for the stories that surround us and try to capture them. I try to either tell the stories or capture an image that leads the viewer down a path of discovering the stories. When it comes to portraits, this means capturing not just a quality image, but capturing the essence of my subjects. Capturing the essence of someone helps tell that person’s individual story.
